Pathology of Professions: From Yesterday to Tomorrow

This article adopts a micro-level approach to investigate the root causes of vulnerabilities in the professions of hardworking individuals, from the past to the present. The main focus is on the impact of a lack of piety and the increase in employers' deceitfulness, manifesting as false promises within society. These falsehoods appear as engineered, multi-stage lies in professional interactions, leading to public deception and the emergence of corruption through the exploitation of legal loopholes (rent-seeking). By analyzing how social distrust and the behavioral impropriety of employers affect people's economic, professional, and family structures, this article highlights the role of some employers in the spread of these problems and the intensification of livelihood and moral issues in society. Ultimately, emphasizing the necessity of cultural and ethical reforms, solutions will be presented to restore public trust and transparency in the duties of the community's diligent workers. The absence of minimal welfare in life has driven people to constantly seek career changes. This process is so prolonged that it consumes an individual's entire life, pushing them to resort to every ignoble act just to survive, hoping for a breakthrough from one situation to another.
